The Publican Offers Monthly Beer Dinner Series

The Publican hosts a series of monthly beer dinners celebrating our favorite breweries and local food. Held on the last Sunday of each month, the series will feature the “Ancient Ales Dinner” presented by Donn Bichsel Jr. of the DogFish Head Craft Brewery on the 17th of January. On Sunday the 21st of February Brewery Ommegang from Cooperstown New York will be featured and expect Dark Horse Brewing Company in mid to late March. We are kicking off the Craft Brewer’s Conference with Two Brothers Brewing Company April 4th and brewing with Arcadia Brewing in May. Other breweries planned for the future include Jolly Pumpkin, Piece and Lagunitas.

The monthly dinners are available for the set price of $45, with beer pairings available for an additional $15-$20. A four-course menu is available family-style from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended.

Many quaffs featured in this monthly event will be limited-edition beers, unavailable elsewhere outside of the brewery. As such, The Publican will continue to pour the beers throughout the month following each dinner.
