A bit about the brewery:
Founded in 2000 by Aaron Morse in Marshal, MI, Dark Horse Brewing Company has always “colored outside the lines,” per se. Starting as a home brewer, he began brewing professionally in 1997. Aaron firmly believes in brewing up beers the way he wants them to taste, pushing the envelope of tradition and style guidelines to create something unique every time. Certainly still a very small brewery, (only producing 4000 barrels in 2009), their beers are not small in stature or flavor. Each beer they produce can honestly be considered a one of a kind. After a competition, one Beer Judge said of the Special Reserve Black Bier: “great beer! But we don’t know what style it is.” Exactly.
The price of food is 45 dollars, with the beer pairings an additional $15.
Reservations are strongly encouraged.
