Blood, Bones, and Butter Book Launch & Spring Festival Party
Sunday, March 27th at The Publican
Celebrate the release of Chef Gabrielle Hamilton’s (Prune, New York) highly-anticipated memoir with us at a Sunday evening soiree, recreating the first chapter of her book: a springtime, family-style Lamb Roast. A reading and book signing will follow.

Spit roasted Crawford Farms baby lamb, lamb sausage with new crop potatoes, ramps & asparagus vinaigrette
3rd course:
Croissant bread pudding with rhubarb & brown butter ice cream
